1. Service

FormFill AI is a Chrome extension that auto-fills job application forms using AI. It is provided "as-is" without warranty.

2. Free Tier

Free users get up to 5 form fills per day with basic field filling. AI-generated answers for open-ended questions require a premium plan.

3. Premium Plans

Monthly: Billed monthly via Razorpay. Cancel anytime from the extension or by emailing us. No refunds for partial months.
Lifetime: One-time payment. Valid for the lifetime of the product.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly plan: No refunds. Cancel before next billing cycle.
Lifetime plan: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied. Email us with your license key.

5. Fair Use

License keys are for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or automating license key usage is prohibited and will result in deactivation.

6. Limitation of Liability

FormFill AI is not responsible for incorrect form submissions, missed deadlines, or rejected applications. Always review AI-filled answers before submitting.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
