01 The short version
Your profile and resume live in your browser. When you press Auto-Fill, the fields of that one form — plus the parts of your profile needed to answer them — are sent to our server, which passes them to Groq's AI to generate the answers. We do not store your profile, your resume, or the page contents. We do keep a random device ID to count free daily fills, and, if you buy a plan, your email and licence record.
02 What stays on your device
The following is stored in your browser's local extension storage. None of it is kept by us and none of it is synced between your devices. Some of it is sent with a request when you press Auto-Fill — see section 03 for exactly what and why:
- Your profile — name, email, phone, date of birth, location, CTC, notice period, education, skills, projects and career narrative.
- Your resume text and the AI-generated summary of it.
- Your Groq API key.
- Your licence key, plan and expiry date, cached after activation.
- A random device ID generated on install, and your daily fill count.
- Your job queue — postings collected from your LinkedIn feed.
- Answers you have chosen to remember — when you use “Remember Answers”, the questions and your final answers are saved so they can be reused on the next application. These never leave your device and are not sent to us or to the AI provider for storage. You can view and delete them individually in Settings → Learned Answers.
Uninstalling the extension, or using Settings → Clear All Saved Data, erases all of it.
03 What is sent when you press Auto-Fill
Nothing leaves your browser until you run the agent. When you do, the extension sends the following to our server at formfill-api.amitmishra4447.workers.dev, which forwards it to Groq to generate the answers:

Because the page text is included, whatever is visible on the application page at that moment forms part of the request. Do not run the agent on a page containing information you would not want processed by an AI provider.
04 What we keep on our servers
Two things, and nothing else.
Free-tier usage counts
A row containing your random device ID, the date, and a count, so the free tier's daily limit can be enforced. The device ID is a random identifier generated on install. It is not linked to your name, email or profile.
Licence records, if you buy a plan
Your email address, plan type, licence key, creation and expiry dates, and the Razorpay payment and order IDs. This is what lets you recover your key by email and lets the extension verify your plan.
We do not store your profile, your resume, the contents of any form you fill, or the answers generated for you.
05 Third parties
- Groq — processes the AI requests that generate your answers. See groq.com/privacy-policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts our server, the usage database and the licence store.
- Razorpay — processes payments. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay directly; we never see or store them. See razorpay.com/privacy.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above, each of which is used only to deliver the feature it supports.
06 Analytics and cookies
This website and the extension use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any such tracking goes live.
07 Deleting your data
- Everything local — open the extension and use Settings → Clear All Saved Data, or simply uninstall the extension.
- Your usage count — rows are keyed to a random device ID; clearing local data resets it, and a new ID is generated on reinstall.
- Your licence record — email us and we will delete it. Deleting it ends access to the paid plan tied to that key.
08 Children
FormFill AI is intended for people old enough to be applying for work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
09 Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes to what we collect or share will be reflected here before they take effect.
